Terms of Service

MochiPDF provides an HTTP API that converts HTML content and URLs into PDF documents ("the Service"). Access is granted through an API key issued when you create an account.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any such changes.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use MochiPDF. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

If you are using MochiPDF on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. All activity made with your API key is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.

You must notify us immediately at support@bolgianollc.com if you believe your API key has been compromised. We will revoke the key upon verification.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your API key to any third party.

You agree not to use MochiPDF to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the Service's infrastructure
• Deliberately send requests designed to degrade service performance for other users
• Resell or white-label API access without prior written agreement
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, authentication, or billing controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

MochiPDF operates on a pay-as-you-go model at $0.01 per credit, where one credit equals one PDF generated. Usage is tracked in real-time and billed once a month.

You must provide a valid payment method to use the Service. By adding a payment method, you authorize Bolgiano LLC to charge you for usage accrued during each billing period.

All charges are final. We do not offer refunds for completed API calls. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us within 30 days at support@bolgianollc.com and we will investigate.

If a payment fails, we may suspend API access until the outstanding balance is resolved. We are not liable for any consequences of service interruption due to payment failure.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using the Service, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

We may apply rate limits to protect service availability for all users. These limits may change over time and will be communicated through the API documentation.

Unusually high usage patterns that affect other users may result in temporary throttling or account review. We will contact you before taking any permanent action where possible.

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the API. By submitting content, you grant Bolgiano LLC a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the requested PDF output.

MochiPDF, its logo, and all associated software are owned by Bolgiano LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific PDF output will meet your requirements. You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOLGIANO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bolgiano LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@bolgianollc.com. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be charged before the account is closed.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for material violations of these terms, non-payment, or conduct we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7–10 and 13 of these terms survive termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
